Sadly for you that boat sailed in April 2013 when the insurance industry 'convinced' the goverment to change the law so that if you were successful in making a no win no fee personal injury claim that was not your fault, any insurance you took out to help you fight the big bad insurance industry and any costs your solicitor could recover from the other side for running your claim and winning it were ended, oh and just to make matters worse, we as a claims company could advertise and help you find a solicitor but we were banned form charging the solicitor a referral fee.
So today we have a slightly different model, whereby your Solicitor if they chose can charge you up to 25% of your damages in the event that you win compensation for your accident injury. On top of that it is best practice to 'purchase' what is called ATE insurance (basically insurance you can buy after an accident, rather than say car insurance which is in case you have an accident). This is insurance gives you and your solicitor comfort to enable you and them to pursue your accident claim.
With The Accident Claimline we like to do things slightly differently and will just sell you an ATE insurance policy and only pass you to a solicitor who has agreed not to charge you their percentage.
Don't believe the hype if one of these of companies tell you they will do it for free, it cant be done and if it is being done that way then alarm bells should be ringing.
